Dr. Maya Gottfried
Dr. Maya Gottfried is a leading Israeli pulmonologist, oncologist, radiotherapist. Specialist in the treatment of benign and malignant lung tumors and radiological methods of therapy. Head of the Department of Oncological Pulmonology. Practicing physician with 40 years of experience.
Maya Gottfried is an experienced and talented doctor who actively introduces the latest developments into practice, while not abandoning the classic effective treatment methods that have not lost their relevance. She is a supporter of a differentiated approach in determining the diagnosis, which allows you to choose the only correct method of treatment. Dr. Gottfried seeks to determine the malignancy of the tumor at the earliest stages, when it is possible to treat the patient with maximum effect. Indeed, unfortunately, this oncopathology has an aggressive course, while many of its forms at the beginning of development do not have pronounced symptoms.
Dr. Gottfried's interests are not limited to clinical work. She is a serious and world-famous scientist and researcher. Of particular scientific interest is the study of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), clinical studies of stage 2 and 3 cancer. Head of various international groups of specialists in the field of studying the therapy of various types of oncology, actively participated in 20 research projects.
Dr. Semenisty Valeriya
Dr. Semenisty is an Attending Physician who specializes in clinical oncology at Rambam Healthcare Clinic’s Oncology Section.
Dr. Semenisty is a member of the professional organizations IMA, ISCORT, and ASCO.
Dr. Semenisty has worked as an oncology tutor for fifth and sixth year medical students since 2011. She has also been involved in the Technion American Medical Students Program since 2013. She presented her projects at the ISCORT annual meetings in both 2014 and 2015. She has additionally been published in The Journal of Radiotherapy in Practice, Breast Cancer Research and Treatment, and BMC Cancer.
Dr. Almog Ben Yaakov
Dr. Almog Ben Yaakov is a surgical oncologist. He performs complex operations for various tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, with special attention to operations on the large and small intestines. His main specialization is surgery for abdominal tumors (HIPC), CRS + HIPEC operations, he has performed more than 300 such operations.

Professor at the Department of Oncology, Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University. She completed a one-year internship at the Cedar Sinai Cancer Center at Los Angeles, USA, where she worked at the Department of Oncology and Hematology.
Dr. Irina Zhivelyuk
Experienced oncologist, chemotherapist.
Now she is the head of a day hospital for chemotherapy and a specialized department for the treatment of breast cancer. She is a consultant to the Israel Cancer Society.
